Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Little River County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE On the job you will handle: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
