Reinforcement steel fixer — Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Franklin County, Mississippi. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
