Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites On the job you will handle: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
