Powder coating line operator • Hancock County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hancock County, Georgia. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Six days a week, one day off. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
