What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE On a typical shift you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels.
