The role involves: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Overtime paid at a premium rate.
