Urgent requirement: scullery hand (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Upson County, Georgia. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
