We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Missoula County, Montana. The job is at a dry cleaner's. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Full-time with occasional weekends.
