Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges The role involves check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts.
