You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate The role involves: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
