Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Prairie County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
