UPVC door and window fabricator wanted in Grundy County

Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Grundy County, Illinois. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
