Shuttering carpenter wanted in Obi Nwga

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Obi Nwga, Abia State. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Part-time with flexible hours.
