We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Wayne County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test We offer $19 per hour plus benefits.
