We are recruiting: we are hiring a decorator in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The job is on a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
