Now hiring: tile installer (Akwa Ibom State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile installer in Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a busy tiling site. What we are looking for: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
