Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 5+ years on the tools preferred.
