Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Beaverhead County, Montana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
