What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
