Renovation plasterer • San Benito County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in San Benito County, California. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Your main tasks: • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Full-time, day shift.
