Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Knox County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
