Rough terrain crane operator wanted in Rock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Rock County, Nebraska. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
