Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Labette County, Kansas. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
