Join our team: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Essex County, Vermont. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Day-to-day duties: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
