You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather The role involves: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
