Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Bennington County, Vermont. The job is at a glazing and fabrication factory. The role involves: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
