Meat cutter wanted in Garvin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Garvin County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
