Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Burt County, Nebraska. You will work on a dam or embankment job. You will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; refuel the machine and record running hours; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
