Milling machinist — Columbiana County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machinist in Columbiana County, Ohio. The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
