Quality assurance assistant • Berkshire County, Massachusetts

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a food processing unit. On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Rotating shifts.
