HSE officer • Davis County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE officer in Davis County, Iowa. You will be based on a high-rise building project. On a typical shift you will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
