The role involves conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot 3+ years on the tools preferred.
