Great opportunity: pipe tig welder (Arkansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Lawrence County, Arkansas. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On the job you will handle: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
