Machinist — Lincoln County

Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The role involves stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
