You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions The role involves set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
