Automotive paint technician • Kibiya, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Kibiya, Kano State. You will be based in a spray booth. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying 2+ years on the tools preferred.
