Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Jefferson County, Texas. The job is at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
