Now hiring: we are hiring a marble worker in Pickens County, South Carolina. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. You should have: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs The role involves: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
