Captain waiter • Lyon County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Lyon County, Minnesota. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
