Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Sule Tankakar, Jigawa State. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Day-to-day duties: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination 6+ years on the tools preferred.
