Pot washer • Musawa, Katsina State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Musawa, Katsina State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Pay around ₦110,000 per month, based on your experience.
