Kitchen cook wanted in Vermillion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Vermillion County, Indiana. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
