Dishwashing attendant — Jos South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Jos South, Plateau State. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
