Garment presser wanted in Blanco County

Now hiring: we are hiring a garment presser in Blanco County, Texas. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work On the job you will handle: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
