Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Fentress County, Tennessee. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
