Immediate opening: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Peterborough, England. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges On a typical shift you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing.
