Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Benton County, Minnesota. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
