Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Humphreys County, Mississippi. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
