The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
