Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Washington County, Arkansas. The role involves take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
